These terms apply to EaseFlow Opportunity Brief orders. EaseFlow is a trade name of You and I Goods & Service, KvK 85488690. Contact: contact@easeflow.nl.

Product

The Opportunity Brief is a concise commercial assessment of one public-sector opportunity based on the URL and context supplied by the customer. The primary UK service focuses on Contracts Finder and Find a Tender.

Price And Payment

The UK one-off price is GBP 49. A separate EUR 49 option is available for EU customers where appropriate. Payments are processed by Stripe. The statement descriptor may show EASEFLOW.

Delivery

Delivery is normally within 48 hours after successful payment and receipt of a usable Opportunity URL. If the notice is unavailable, restricted, incomplete or unclear, EaseFlow may deliver a brief explaining the limitation and recommended next step.

Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing a correct Opportunity URL, relevant context and any non-public documents you want considered. You remain responsible for bid decisions, submissions and compliance.

Disclaimers

The brief is commercial screening only. It is not legal, procurement, tax or financial advice. EaseFlow does not guarantee eligibility, compliance, acceptance, shortlisting, award or financial outcome.

Refunds

If EaseFlow cannot start the brief because payment failed or the order data is unusable, no paid order is fulfilled. Refund requests are assessed case by case, especially where work has not started.

Acceptable Use

Do not submit unlawful, misleading, confidential without permission, malicious or third-party rights-infringing material.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, EaseFlow is not liable for missed tender deadlines, unsuccessful bids, buyer decisions or business losses arising from your use of the brief.
