Data We Process

When you order an Opportunity Brief or contact EaseFlow, we process the details needed to handle your request: name, email address, company details you provide, opportunity URL, selected market, intake notes, payment status, order history and service communication.

Why We Process Data

We use this data to take payment, confirm your order, prepare and deliver the brief, keep business records, prevent duplicate processing, handle support and meet legal administration duties.

Service Providers

Stripe processes payments. Email and hosting providers may process message and technical delivery data. We only use providers needed to operate the service.

Retention

Order and invoice-related records are retained as required for business administration. Operational logs and outbox files are kept only as long as needed for support, security and recovery.

Your Rights

You can request access, correction or deletion of personal data where applicable. Some records may need to be retained for legal administration or dispute handling.

Security

Secrets are stored outside Git, webhook signatures are verified, and order data is stored in a restricted production database with backups.
